My name is Shelly Feldman and I am a certified personal trainer who specializes in teaching older adults how to exercise.  I have been working with this age group for 12 years, providing safe and effective programs for people with osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, parkinsons, arthritis and frailty. I work with you in your home, apartment, condo gym or my studio.  You don’t need equipment to start. Each session is an hour. I work primarily in the north Toronto, Thornhill, Richmond Hill area.
